Our Vision

Christ is the focus. The cross is the focal point. The heart behind the cross represents His outpouring of love for us by His dying on the cross.
The color red represents the redemptive love of Christ.  As Christians, we know that having Christ as the focus of our lives changes us.  Sharing who Christ is, showing Christ to others and growing together in Christ, supported by prayer, we can become the difference that will draw others to Christ.  This is how we "go and make disciples" as commanded in our mission.
The logo has two sets of praying hands to represent two or more persons because He has promised that where two or more are gathered together in my name, there I am in the midst of them. Scripture tells us to devote yourself to prayer, keeping alert in it and with an attitude of thanksgiving. I Thess 4:2.
Everything we do must be grounded in love which is represented by the larger blue heart. The blue represents loyalty and commitment that He deserves from us. Scripture says Let all that you do be done in love. I Cor. 16:14.

The first of the three directives is to know Christ.  This means we must know Who He is, what He has done for us, and ask Him to enter our hearts. Claim the promise He gave us and He said I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in me shall live even if he dies and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. John 11:25-26.  When we open our hearts to Christ, he has promised to fill us with His spirit.

Once we know Christ, we know we need to know Him better. We want to grow in Christ. We are all at different places along this journey, but we all would probably agree there is so much more we can know about Him and His Word.

At the same time we want to show Christ to others.

When we know Christ, we are growing in Him and showing Him, there will be a quality of difference that others will see in us.  When they seek to know Him too, we will know that we, with Christ's help, have become the difference that is needed to grow His Kingdom.

Become the DIFFERENCE!
